Patagonia Argentina

In productionAgencyShopify Plus

At the agency I run the store's e-commerce end to end: theme, operations, logistics and email marketing.

  • Custom theme: my own zoom engine, per-variant detail gallery, cart, mobile menu and store locator.
  • Operations: Shopify Flow automations and orders synced with the ERP.
  • Logistics: in-store pickup with a QR code on the invoice, and shipping methods.
  • Email marketing in Klaviyo and a monthly report for the client.

Loupe Product Zoom

PublishedOwn product

My app on the Shopify App Store. It grew out of the zoom I built for Patagonia Argentina: it adds zoom to product photos and works with every theme.

  • Detects photos by the Shopify CDN URL, not by the classes of a specific theme.
  • Requests no permissions over store data.
  • I designed the product and took it through Shopify's approval.

  • 760 products imported and 135 categories generated with my own script.
  • Vehicle finder that builds itself from the categories.

From diagnosis to production, without breaking what already sells

  1. Evidence-based diagnosis

I read the code and measure before giving an opinion. I propose changes based on verifiable errors, not impressions.

  2. Demo before building

The client tries a small version and decides with something concrete in hand.

  3. Build and test for real

I validate every change in the real theme or store before publishing it.

  4. Version and measure

Git from the first commit, a restore point before touching production, and before and after measured.

For brands that don't settle for standard.
